Vertical Shaft Impactor Tubular Metal Rotor offers higher tip speeds and lower maintenance costs Patented VSI Tubular Rotor creates higher tip-speeds, which increases first pass yield, yields tighter particle size distribution and reduces recirculation loads. The rotor rotation is reversible, allowing wear on both sides of the tube. Rotating the indexing tube one-quarter turn quadruples the wear surfaces. The Tubular Rotor and Reversible Anvils can be retrofitted to any brand VSI. Applications include Limestone, Sand & Gravel, Glass, Ferro Silicon & Silicon Carbide, Aluminum Dross & Other Slags, Burnt Magnesite, Tungsten Carbide, Trona Sulfate, Barite, Bakery Waste, Zeolite and many more. Raw feed sizes up to 5". Models up to 500 TPH available. Capacities vary depending on feed size, feed rate, operating conditions, desired product output, characteristics of feed material, and equipment configuration. Full-scale VSI material testing available at the Stedman Testing & Toll Processing Facility. Stedman Machine Company, 812-926-0038, www.stedman-machine.com
